How it works

  • It takes approximately 10-15 minutes to sign and notarize a document.

  • For others, it might take weeks or months. For us, it typically takes 2-3 business days to get an apostille.

  • 2-4 business days dependng on the delivery address. We only use leading international couriers (Fedex, UPS, DHL).

  • No need to be in the same room. Each signatory can join from a different location and device. The only requirement is that all signatories join the videocall with the notary at the same time.

  • No. The proxy named in your POA signs the closing documents on your behalf. Ruffo's role is limited to the online notarization, apostille and delivery of your POA. We do not draft or sign documents.
